Introduction to Particle Board Products
product overview
Particle board (also known as particleboard) is an artificial board made from high-quality wood or renewable wood fibers, which is crushed, dried, glued, and formed under high temperature and high pressure. Its structure is uniform, stable, environmentally friendly and economical, making it an ideal choice for furniture manufacturing, interior decoration, building partitions and other fields.
The source of raw materials is extensive, and renewable resources such as wood scraps and fast-growing forests can be utilized to reduce deforestation.
High stability: The criss crossing particle structure has strong deformation resistance and better moisture resistance than ordinary density boards, adapting to the climate differences between the north and south.
Strong load-bearing capacity: uniform density (650-750kg/m ³), strong nail holding force, suitable for making load-bearing furniture such as bookshelves and wardrobes.
Easy to process: The surface is flat and can be directly veneered, painted, or milled to meet personalized design needs.
High cost-effectiveness, with prices lower than solid wood panels for the same specifications, suitable for large-scale engineering and budget limited decoration projects.
