Oriented Strand Board (OSB) is a high-performance engineered wood product made by bonding multiple layers of oriented wood chips under high temperature and pressure. Its unique structural design endows it with excellent mechanical properties, dimensional stability, and environmental characteristics, and is widely used in fields such as construction, decoration, packaging, and furniture manufacturing. - Product features
(1) High strength and durability
The layered and oriented arrangement of wood chips (longitudinal surface layer and transverse core layer) gives the board extremely high bending, compressive, and shear strength, comparable to plywood.
Excellent moisture resistance (some OSBs are treated with waterproof adhesives), suitable for high humidity environments.

Raw materials are sourced from fast-growing forests or wood processing residues to reduce reliance on natural forests.
Compliant with international environmental standards such as CARB P2 and FSC certification, with low formaldehyde emissions (E0/E1 level).

Unified specifications (common size 1220 × 2440mm, thickness 6-25mm), easy to cut, drill and fix.
The surface is flat and can be directly coated, veneered, or laminated.
