product overview
MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) is a type of artificial board made from wood or plant fibers, which is crushed, steamed, and separated into fibers, then coated with synthetic resin adhesive and molded under high temperature and high pressure. It has uniform density, smooth surface, delicate structure, excellent processing performance and environmental protection characteristics, and is widely used in furniture manufacturing, interior decoration, decoration engineering and other fields.
Product Features
The density range is usually between 600-800kg/m ³, with a dense internal structure and excellent bending and impact resistance, suitable for fine processing such as carving and cutting.
Smooth surface, easy to process
The two sides of the board are delicate and free of knots, and can be directly covered with PVC, veneer, paint or spray painted to meet diverse decorative needs.
We offer both regular and moisture-proof types (treated with special adhesive). The moisture-proof type is suitable for high humidity environments such as kitchens and bathrooms.
